What's wrong with what we eat?

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. Within the past 6 months I have made many significant changes to my life. One great change is choosing what I put into my body, in doing so I have lost 20+ lbs and 5% body fat. I have increased my energy 10 fold and I am in the best physical condition since my 20's.
