Ledgers Passing

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. Just a quick time out to remember a brilliant actor who's tragic end came to fast. Heath Ledger 28 years old was found dead in his soho NYC home early Tuesday morning. The actor was found in bed and nearby bottle of sleeping pills. Until a toxicology report official suspecting an overdose. Ledger leaves behind his two year old daughter Miltida. Ledger was formerly engaged to Michele Williams. My thoughts and prayers go out to Ledgers family, friends and fans. Just because the candles flame is out dosent mean the light doesn't shine.

Peace,
Reggie

Friends?

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. Do you know who your friends are? Do you have friends? Good questions right. Wikipedia redirects the word friend to the word friendship. Friendship is a term to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two human beings. What the heck does that mean? Key word for what you should look for in a friend: mutual understanding, honesty, sympathy and empathy, values, tastes, having the tendency to do whats best for the other, esteem and affection for.

Just a thought I

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. Have you ever thought about what makes you, You? Is it what you do for a living? How much money you make? Is it the car you drive? Are these the things you also consider important when searching for your "soul mate". Hum? Does a "garbage man" have less of an opportunity to be happy than you. Do you think an "ugly" person has less a chance to find happiness? Are you truly happy once you have preoccupied your-self with a career for 30 years and accumulated the wealth and position. What do you think? If I told you that I believe we are all equal and all come from the same source of intention. There is something bigger to this picture. What do you say? Something to think about huh!

The Last Supper

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. My partner and I are sitting at our last official meal out of the office before the GT staff comes back from vacation. Jokingly this will probably be the last hot meal in a long time, and for the past week I enjoyed dining on anything but "CHICKEN". In the same breath it will be great to see everyone again. It becomes sort of a new beginning, maybe a way to do something new. Do one thing different is my motto. Everyday, once a week even once a month and soon it will be easier to make and notice the changes taking place.

Peace,
Reggie

P.S. Anthony is smiling behind the menu...LOL

Got Smile!

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. Here's an exercise for you. A way to change your mood and help another person at the same time. With this exercise you both will realign with your vibration with the universe. There is a special feeling when you invite someone into your world. Something as simple as a smile changes a persons mood. It puts you and them at a higher vibration, becoming one with the universe and our source energy. This empowerment over your world becomes intoxicating because you are in control of how you feel, and when you allow yourself to connect with the source of the universe nothing is from your reach. I parking myself across from the "fix in table" where everyone must stop to put milk and or sugar in their coffee and with every person that would stop at the table I would take a second try to make eye contact and just smile. I received a tremendous sense of fulfilment from this that I have put it into every practice. This becomes part my doing something of service everyday. I hope you might find this helpful in your discovery of yourself and becoming closer with your source energy.

Peace,
Reggie

Sweeney Who?

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. I recently went to see Sweeney Todd the movie staring Johnny Depp and directed by Tim Burton. WOW! What a great job on the movie adaption of the original Tony award winning Stephen Sondheim musical of the same name. What I like most about this movie and others by Tim Burton is all the wonderful imagery. The whole film had this beautiful pale wash over it's gloomy gray background. The costumes of course are superb blend of the period mixed with a splash of fantasy. Brilliant performances from Helena Bonham Carter and Johnny Depp both belting out song from the stage version. A cameo appearance from Sacha Baron Cohen, was delightful to see. I very much enjoyed this movie I so recommend it to everyone, especially JD fans it an interesting side we haven't see. The movie does have an R rating, so be advised its a little bloody. Not for young children.

Reggie

So I thought It would be nice take a break from it for a moment. Some of you might want to see what I do for a living or where I live and how I live, so with the Help of my trusty Nokia 800 you can experience some of the everyday me. I hope you enjoy this experiment from time to time I will updated this with a more of the inner-workings of me. Until then this is a photo of me doing my daytime thing as a banquet manager. Pondering Life

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. Just sitting and thinking in my favorite place. Doing a lot of Hmmm... The big question on my mind is, What is my life all about and how does it relate to other people? What is my purpose here on this great planet Earth. On reviewing a daily boost podcast and an interesting question was raised. Have you ever seriously thought about the rules you use to run your world? And I thought to myself for a minute. Hmmm...no. We all have our own rules that allow us to run our life. What does all this mean? Think of your "rules of the world" as the actionable interpretation of your values. In other words, your values are your compass how you want to live your life and how you get it done. So then, what's the trick to happiness? Make sure your rules support your values. If they do, you will be happily moving forward with your life.

Peace,
Reggie

Quoteable Quotes

What this power is I cannot say. All I know is that it exists.
Alexander Graham Bell

Take the first step in faith you don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.
Dr Martin Luther King Jr.

All that we are is a result of our thoughts.
Buddha

You create your own universe as you go along.
Winston Churchill

The secret is the answer to all that has been, all that is, and all that will ever be.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. These are all very inspiring words. Is there a common denominator at work here? What did these people and many folks today know? Well Its not a Secret anymore. Our thoughts determine our intended way of living. If you believe enough in something you will materialize it. And it does happen. Some of our great leaders and philosophers understood The Secret (Universal Law of Attraction), including my mentor Benjamin Franklin. He understood that the mind was the most powerful tool he had and used to his very much accomplished life, pursuing his passions and obligation to mankind. How many of us can are using there full potential. Be the person you want to be today. Do one thing different. I know you can...

Self-Mastery only blossoms when you practice being aware of, and responsible for, what you're feeling.

Peace,

Reggie

The Secret Is Out

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. A few nights ago I watched the film, The Secret. For those of you who haven't heard or don't know what The Secret is. The Secret was discovered by Rhonda Byrne after her daughter had given her a copy of the Science of Getting Rich, a book written in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles. Which gave her a glimpse of The Secret and what followed was a two-month odyssey of research and investigation as Rhonda traced The Secret back through thousands of years. The Secret is a law of the universe which we all live by weather we acknowledge it or not. It is the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction simply says that you attract into your life whatever you think about. Its the force that guide our lives. I have been searching for guidance and self improvement (awareness) for many years reading countless books form Stephen Covey and Tony Robbins. Don Shula coaching books and How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. Think I have read them all. Adding to that years and of therapy, yoga and meditative studies. And more recently I turned to Dr Wayne Dyer, his publisher Hay House and Louise Hay the founder. There inspirational messages of love and abundance brought thought back into my world. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. This line has resonated in my head over and over again. All that I have done has lead me to this moment. A moment where I can feel this possible shift ready to happen under the surface. The Secret like In Dr Dyer books state the Law of Attraction. We manifest of lives with our thoughts and feelings. Through a cosmic vibrations that we are all connected to. When we think or feel negative we are sending a signal of negative energy to the universe there for we will get what we think of, more negative energy.
I recommend that everyone should look deep within themselves. Watch this film, pick-up a copy of Dr Dyer's books Power of Intention and Change Your Thoughts-Change Your Life (living the wisdom of the Tao). Look into a mirror and ask what you want form the universe. Believe with unwavering faith its already yours. Recieve it. Generate feelings of having it now. Begin to feel wonderful about it, feel how you would feel once it arrives.

This is truly The Secret of our life. Peace,
Reggie

What color is your elephants underwear?

Hey everybody, Its Reggie. What color is your elephants underwear? I know your thinking what is he saying? Is he crazy or something? Questions like this invoke thought. Bring to mind other questions. Like do elephants wear underwear? If they could would they? And what color would they choose? How we respond to mental exercises like these questions helps us from not always drawing upon "the experience machine" not to over think a response, not to polute it with your Lower-Self thoughts.

Which brings us to a better question how do we choose something is it random or based on some experience. HUM... and who chooses the experience? I see the mind like a wheel always spinning and rotating we filter our current feeling and emotions through this storage facility of stuff I call the "experience machine" and out come a match. right or wrong it ours. and to do so what we deem fit. Now how do we understand the disconnected links the margin for error in the experience machine.

Peace,
Reggie
